Materials and application formulations

Adjust packaging materials and formulations around bag format, film thickness, sealing and printing. PFM masterbatch is plug-and-play and fully compatible with existing blown-film and bag-making lines — no line replacement, which greatly lowers technology-conversion cost. High hydrophobicity and oil resistance keep bags durable and grease-free; 100% plastic-free with no heavy metals and no microplastics. Waste-empowering formulations can turn plant fibers such as coffee grounds, tea residue and bamboo powder into brand-exclusive eco packaging, building a green brand narrative through the circular economy.

Processing and sample support

  1. Define the product

Choose from shopping bags, courier bags, waste bags and packaging films; confirm dimensions, structure and use requirements.

  2. Select the material and formulation

Confirm the PFM grade or composite formulation for the product — 83% biobased, 100% PLA-free; plant-fiber empowerment such as coffee grounds and tea residue is supported.

  3. Run process trials

Blown-film and bag-making: adjust process parameters from sample results; plug-and-play, no line replacement.

  4. Confirm next steps

After the sample is approved, review the tests, equipment, and next production steps.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from ordinary plastic bags and PLA bags?

Ordinary plastic bags do not degrade and pollute the environment; PLA bags need high-temperature industrial composting. PFM bags are 83% biobased and 100% PLA-free, degrade in natural environments, and the final products are only water and carbon dioxide — with a lower specific gravity, the same weight covers more.

How can we trial our existing equipment?

PFM masterbatch is plug-and-play and fully compatible with existing blown-film, coating and bag-making equipment. Share the equipment model, current material and product dimensions, and we will arrange a small batch trial before discussing production conditions.

Can waste materials be turned into brand packaging?

Yes. PFM modification technology can add plant fibers such as coffee grounds, tea residue, bamboo powder and bagasse, converting your natural by-products into brand-exclusive premium eco packaging — a circular-economy win.

Which tests are needed?

Tensile and tear strength, seal strength, print adhesion, storage and moisture-resistance tests can be arranged per project, together with international certification documents such as DIN CERTCO and AS 4736/AS 5810 for the target market.
